General Policies:Stunning devices and defensive sprays are for self defense purposes only and are only to be purchased and/or used by persons over the age of 18. Robaugh Products assumes no liability for personal injury, civil, and/or criminal penalties incurred by the improper use of our products.
It is the buyers responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of any item offered by Robaugh Products. Robaugh Products assumes no liability for any civil and/or criminal penalties incurred by the possession and/or use of our products.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide an accurate shipping address with each purchase. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays, additional delivery costs, loss, and/or damage incurred as a result of an inaccurate shipping address being provided.
It is the responsibly of the purchaser to check all state, local and federal Laws governing the use of hidden video cameras before ordering hidden or covert video surveillance equipment. Hidden video surveillance is legal in most states as long as it is not done in an area where reasonable privacy is expected. Such areas include but are not limited to bathrooms, bedrooms and dressing rooms. Crimes or action that is video taped is usually admissible as evidence in court. In most states video surveillance does not require the consent of parties involved.
If paying by check, payment instructions will be sent to the provided email address. Please submit payment promptly, if payment is not received within 10 business days, the order will be marked as canceled. Orders will not be shipped until funds are received, deposited, and verified to have cleared with our bank, please allow an additional 10 business days processing time for funds clearance if paying by personal check.
International Shipments:Due to high instances of fraud, we may be unable to accept credit cards as a form of payment for international orders. This is determined on an order by order basis depending on value of order and the ability to verify cardholder information. If a credit card cannot be accepted, payment must be made by check, money order, or bank wire.
Sales Tax:Kansas residents are subject to an 8.05% state sales tax.
Shipping Information:Orders for standard products usually ship within 1-3 business days, orders including surveillance products usually ship within 4-7 business days as these products are custom built. These are estimates only, and may take longer depending on our current order volume and/or inventory levels. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8am-4pm CST (excluding holidays). Orders placed outside of these times will be processed the next business day. If for any reason there will be an extended processing delay, you will be contacted by email.
Please note that if you choose Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day shipping, that does not necessarily mean the order will be delivered in that amount of days. Transit times do not include processing time, weekends, or holidays when the courier does not deliver. If there are any time constraints involved with your order, please indicate them in your order comments field, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to be available to receive delivery of their order. Any damage, theft or re-ship charges will be the responsibility of the buyer if the order is not received on delivery.
Lost or stolen deliveries:Robaugh Products is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise that has been shown to be delivered by the delivery service. Delivery is assumed and designated as such by Robaugh Products and the customer to be complete when confirmed as delivered by the courier's tracking system. Customers assume all risks and responsibility for the safety of a shipment upon delivery. Robaugh Products cannot be responsible for theft or loss of delivered goods, and assumes no such liability. If tracking confirms an order has been delivered, and you are not in receipt of it, any disputes and/or claims must be addressed with the courier directly.
Occasionally items may be out of stock due to sudden high order volume, supplier shortages, or human error. An up to date list of items currently out of stock can be viewed at
http://info.robaughproducts.com/. Any items in an order that are out of stock will be shipped separately once available. If the selected color of an item ordered is not available, we will ship the same item in a different color, unless instructed not to.
In the case of international shipments, the order total
DOES NOT include customs taxes. These taxes are the customer's responsibility alone and are collected by your government upon delivery. Consult your local authorities for information on the tax rates for your country.
IMPORTANT: Some countries have import restrictions on some of the products that we sell. Meaning that even if we are permitted by US Customs to export a product to you, it still may not be legal for you to receive the product. We highly recommend that you contact your local Customs agent and ask directly about local laws and import restrictions before considering an order for any self-defense product. Failure to do so could result in your package being seized by your local customs agency and possible fines imposed. The buyer assumes all risk. Robaugh Products is not responsible for items seized by foreign customs or fines that may be charged to the buyer.
All delivery guarantees are limited to those offered by the carrier(s). Robaugh Products cannot guarantee the arrival date of the packages. Three Day, 2nd day and Next day air service do not include weekends, holidays, processing time or the actual day of shipping. Saturday delivery service may be available at an increased shipping rate, please let us know in the order comments field if you require this service.
If there are any time constraints involved with your order, please indicate them in your order comments field, and we will do our best to accommodate them. If we cannot meet these constraints for any reason, we will let you know and cancel the order.
Returns and Cancellation Policies:Cancellations: Once order is placed, it is immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers and placed in the shipping queue. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop the order before it ships. Please notify us of cancellation requests as soon as possible. If the order ships it then falls under our non defective product return policy outlined below.
Returns:
All returns are contingent upon receipt and inspection of the original item(s) -

Clearance Item Return Policy:Clearance items may not be returned unless item is defective. Due to the limited inventory of these items, a replacement may not be available. In these cases, a refund will be issued instead.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us prior to the return of any merchandise.

TASER Inc. requires that all TASER devices and their accessories be bound by the return policies of TASER Inc. An RMA number must be obtained from them and their return policies and instructions must be followed for these products.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping the product(s) being returned is the responsibility of the buyer, however a credit for the return shipping will be given in the case of a packing error on our part
(contingent on inspection of returned items).
The cost to ship the replacement product(s) back to you will be paid by Robaugh Products.
For your protection, please use trackable, insured shipping methods for returning merchandise. Robaugh Products is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
The original packaging with all accessories and owners manual must be returned along with the item(s).
Defective items:
We guarantee that all products you buy are free of manufacturer's defects or you may return it for a replacement (same product only).
Defective products must be reported and returned no later than 30 calendar days from receipt.Replacements will be fulfilled for MANUFACTURER DEFECT only.
Wear and tear, misuse, alteration, etc. do not qualify for a replacement. Minor cosmetic defects also do not qualify for a replacement.
Non Defective items:
Non defective returns may be returned for refund or exchange (surveillance products excluded, see surveillance equipment return policy below) provided the item(s) are in resellable condition and there is no evidence of misuse or alteration. The original shipping charge is not refundable and a 30% restocking fee will be charged for non defective returns.
Defensive sprays:
Due to the nature of the product line, defensive sprays may not be returned unless they are defective or the original packaging is unopened.
Surveillance Equipment/Hidden Camera Return Policy:All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations or non-defective returns. Due to the nature of this product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged or non-functional upon shipment to the customer. All returns must be authorized by Robaugh Products before product is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories and manuals. Robaugh Products will replace or repair the product as appropriate.
Surveillance Equipment Warranty: We guarantee all our products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days after sale to the customer.
We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.WARRANTY POLICY - Items that have an extended warranty will state so on our website or on the package of the item. Any item that does not state a warranty on our website or on the packaging is warranted for 30 days. Warranty replacements will be fulfilled for MANUFACTURER DEFECT only.
Wear and tear, misuse, etc. does not qualify for a warranty replacement. Items being returned under warranty MUST be returned with original packaging, accessories, instruction manuals/pamphlets, etc. Failure to do so may result in the warranty being voided. Products being returned under warranty will be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect, wear and tear and/or misuse, and replaced accordingly. If the item returned does not qualify for a warranty replacement, we will notify you of such, and provide options for returning item back to you or for us to dispose of the item here. Refunds will not be given under warranty.
Zero Fraud Tolerance Policy:
We reserve the right to refuse any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. In ALL cases of fraud or attempted fraud, we will file a report with IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center). In all cases where a chargeback is clearly fraudulent and with ill intent, we will file a report for theft with the customer's local police or sheriff's department and federal authorities. If a fraudulent order was delivered via U.S. Mail or to a Post Office box, we will also file a mail fraud complaint with the U.S. Postal Service and federal authorities.
Robaugh Products will turn all delinquent accounts over to a third party collections agency and reports will be filed with all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account.
Chargeback Policy:
Customers are urged to contact us by one of the methods above prior to filing a chargeback, we are more than happy to work with our customers to resolve any dissatisfaction.
A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts a credit card-issuing bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. Since chargebacks are costly and can add a considerable amount to our operating costs, which will ultimately affect the ability to provide the best prices and service for our valuable customers, we do not tolerate chargeback abuses. Regardless of the issuing bank's final decision regarding the dispute, if we have evidence that the chargeback was invalid or made with ill intent, we will pursue the customer as a chargeback abuser. All abusers will be reported to the Chargeback Protection Project and the International Chargeback Reports Agency, which may affect an abuser's ability to purchase at other online retailers across the globe. Also, fraudulent chargebacks
WILL be reported to a collection agency and all major credit bureaus for the full amount of purchase plus a $100 administrative fee and all applicable bank service charges as a delinquent collection account. Aggressive collections actions up to and including civil and criminal litigation will be used in all cases. In addition, regardless of whether the delinquent account is paid, our return policies and any warranties for products acquired in a fraudulent manner are immediately voided.
